We are delighted to offer tours as an opportunity for you to become acquainted with our school. As you are guided through our classrooms, we will explain the Montessori materials and philosophy, highlighting how we nurture each child's growth.
Tours are for adults only. This is a time for parents to focus solely on the school without distractions which allows parents to make informed decisions.
**A tour is not required in order to place your child on our waitlist. However, we strongly recommend scheduling a tour prior to the start of the enrollment season for your desired year of enrollment. Completing a tour in advance allows your family to become familiar with our program and make an informed enrollment decision before spaces become available. If you choose to wait until a space is offered before touring, this may delay the enrollment process and could impact your ability to secure the available space.
Enrollment Process
Should a space become available for your desired enrollment year, the following steps will apply:
Respond within 24 hours: You will have 24 hours from the time you are contacted to confirm whether you would like to accept the available space.
Complete the Registration Form: Once you confirm that you would like the space, you will be asked to complete the registration form.
Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee is due at the time the registration form is submitted. Upon receipt of the completed form and registration fee, your child will be officially enrolled. Families enrolling more than one child in the same year are required to pay only one registration fee.
Enrollment Contract: An enrollment contract will then be issued, allowing you to select the payment plan that best meets your needs. Payment plans are listed below.
Payment Plan: Once the signed contract is returned, your selected payment plan will be established through Brightwheel.
Required Documentation: All additional required enrollment paperwork will be provided through Brightwheel and can also be accessed at any time under the “Documents” section of the platform.
Waitlist:
At your request, your child will be placed on our complimentary waiting list, and we will contact you as soon as a space becomes available.
***Enrollment in the Toddler Program ensures a guaranteed placement in our Preschool Program. Similarly, students in the Preschool Program retain guaranteed enrollment each year until they advance to Kindergarten or First Grade.
Registration Fee
New students: $100 non-refundable fee
Returning Students: $50.00 non-refundable fee
Siblings of Current Student(s): $50.00 non-refundable fee
1. Annual: 2.5% discount after all financial aid and other discounts deducted. Payment due August 1st 2. Biannual: 2% discount after all financial aid and other discounts deducted. Payments due August 1st and January 1st 3. 10 Month: August 1st - May 1st 4. 9 Month: September 1st - May 1st
Tuition Discount for Multiple Children: A 5% tuition discount will be applied to the tuition of the oldest child enrolled from the same immediate family.
CCFAP (VT Subsidy)
CCFAP Family Share and Tuition Payments If you receive Vermont Child Care Financial Assistance (CCFAP), your required payment will be the weekly Family Share amount listed on your CCFAP certificate. Your tuition payment will be calculated based on your weekly Family Share amount, multiplied by the number of weeks of care covered by your contract, and then divided among the payment schedule you select. Any additional financial aid or applicable discounts will be deducted from the amount due.
Act 166
For children who are 3 years old before or on September 1st please register your child with the school district you reside in to receive aid. If parents do not register for ACT 166, they are responsible for the full tuition obligation.
